Where do I find my reading again?

Everything you've unlocked is in your Book of You, and the link is in every email we send. No account or password — the link is your key.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases covered by our refund policy. Message us below with your purchase email and we'll sort it out.

Is my birth data stored or shared?

Your birth date is used only to calculate your reading, and is never sold or shared. See our privacy policy for details.
